special ordering through our store

We accept orders on pets and products that are not currently at our location and have a large list of available pets that we can easily bring in for you. Depending on the pet you are looking for there is the slight possibility that it may not be available on the first try but for the most part we have no troubles bringing in the pet or product you’d like. Please note the following guidelines when ordering through us:

  • All orders for pets must be confirmed and paid in full before we can go though with the process of ordering the pet.
  • There is a possibility that we may not be able to get the pet you’d like on the first attempt of ordering depending on its rarity. You may let us continue to try for the next scheduled shipment or you can request a full refund.
  • There is a minimum of $20 for ordering but you may supplement this with other in store purchases.
  • The waiting period is typically 1wk – 1 month.
  • You are expected to research how to properly care for the new pet you are ordering. This does not happen often but we do not have on hands experience in all species of pets so you should know best.
  • We do not honor order requests on endangered, illegal, or unrealistic pets. Species such as monkeys, camels, Octopus, and great white sharks are examples of species that we do not order.
  • We do not order live species that are suitable for salt water only. We can order salt water equipment though.
